Today, Wednesday, May 14, 2008, we had a fun class. I really enjoyed the memory games Dr. Terry began with this morning, which made us think about how we use our memory. We also learned how to use Audacity, GarageBand, and Camtasia.
Today we explored social networking on Ning. Now, I have a new site called http://dianastinson.ning.com. We invited each other, or at least a few of us did. Also Dr. Krista Terry invited me to her ning via an email invitation. We setup our profiles, created a page, and posted some information.
Next, John helped us explore social bookmarking and explained various ways we can incorporate them into our classrooms. Finally, Charley showed us a tour of a virtual world, Second Life.
Another great class today, lots of fun!
